The villa’s main design direction focuses on outer claustra walls inspired by the weaving of traditional Palestinian patterns, generating dynamic lighting effects throughout the spaces. Inside, modern white plaster walls are set parallel to a traditional wall, whose design echoes the claustra openings and is complemented by expansive glass windows, establishing a dialogue of dual styles. A void between the two layers enhances natural ventilation and daylight penetration, while the aesthetic language of the traditional wall is seamlessly extended into the basement, ensuring architectural continuity across all levels.
The design begins with the construction of three longitudinal walls at the front of the plot, adjacent to the main road, creating a visual barrier that separates the project from its surroundings. This layering divides the site into three primary zones, with the first two layers serving as a transitional buffer between the outdoor environment and the interior.
At the ground floor level, longitudinal walls continue to define zones, generating four detached pavilions that intersect with the walls. These pavilions are connected through a system of corridors and open bridges, ensuring fluid circulation while maintaining spatial independence.
At the first-floor level, the same logic is applied, with three detached pavilions intersecting the longitudinal walls. Circulation is again facilitated through open bridges, reinforcing the sense of layered connectivity and architectural rhythm across the project.
