Element .78 stands as a distinctive residential building, redefining the local lifestyle with its emphasis on luxury and aesthetics. More than just a residential space, this building introduces an extended approach to living by integrating facilities beyond residential apartments, such as a gym, a dedicated area for kids, and a versatile rooftop with various services.
The design of Element .78 places a strong emphasis on incorporating green spaces, making it a defining feature of the project. The integration of hanging gardens and green areas becomes an integral part of the building’s identity, fostering a sense of openness within the internal spaces.
Strategically positioned, Element .78 offers breathtaking views, overlooking Burj Khalifa from the south-west, and the serene beauty of the Arabian Gulf from the north-east. This careful positioning enhances the luxury quotient and visual appeal of the apartments, providing residents with a truly pleasing living experience.
